What’s your return policy?
What's the reason for the exchange or refund?
SHExFAB offers up to 14 days return policy for eligible customers after receiving the package. Your item must be in the same condition as you received in the original packaging, unworn or unused. Please submit the reason you wish to return along with the receipt of your purchase. Once we receive your return requested, we will email you with instructions for your return package. If there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us at info@shexfab.com.
Cut-Off Date For Holiday Shoppers
For gift shoppers - To have the best chance of getting your package delivered before the holiday season, we recommend you begin shopping earlier online. That way couriers have a chance of reaching you before that famous snow season!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@shexfab.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and will issue a refund. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refund for the Product: You will receive a refund for the price of the item you are returning.
Shipping Fees: We will refund the cost of the product itself but will not reimburse the shipping fees you paid to receive the item initially. This applies to the original shipping fee.
Return Shipping Costs: In many cases, you might also be responsible for paying for the return shipping yourself unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Process: Make sure you follow the company’s specific return instructions to ensure that you can get a refund for the product. This might include filling out a return form, using a specific shipping carrier, or returning the item within a certain time frame.
Exceptions: Check if there are any exceptions to this policy. For example, some companies might offer to cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items, or during promotional periods.
How can I find the right fit for my favorite product?
SHExFAB has size guides under the product description section or on the size charts page. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please consider ordering a size up.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please email at info@shexfab.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll issue a refund.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be cover the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. If you wish to reshipment the products, you will be cover the cost for the reshipment.
SHExFAB does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks or swimwear which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
