Why my item color is not exactly the same as the photos?
Due to everyone's digital devices or monitor settings difference, in result, the item's color might be slightly different. 

Does SHExFAB offer plus-size products?
Women are beautiful in all shapes, sizes & ethnicity, and these are values we take greatly.

 

We offer our products in more sizes when options are available. We want our customers to have the opportunity to enjoy and express their uniquely beautiful selves. Please refer to the product page size charts or size guideline page.

 

Where can I find the size for a specific product?

Our size guides are in U.S. size system. The size guides should be under product description page when it's available.

 

Which payment gateways do you accept?

At this time, we only accept purchase orders from U.S. and Canada. Our customers can make their purchases using credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and Shop Pay installment Plan. You can also use accelerated checkouts or dynamic checkout methods for Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept Paypal payment at this point since we currently do not offer international shipping.

 

Please note Apple Pay button option can be find in your checkout. However, the Apple Pay button only displays using Safari on iOS 12.1 or macOS 10.14.1.

 

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards. Capital One cards aren't accepted. Please note choosing a monthly payment option can only pay with a debit card.

Are there any additional costs to customers for using Shop Pay installment plan?

For installment orders that are split into four biweekly payments, there are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees.

For installment orders that are paid for in monthly payments, interest rates from 10 to 30% APR apply.

Can I use Shop Pay Installments if I'm an international customer?
Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and phone number. Customers with international billing addresses and phone numbers can't use Shop Pay Installments.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Shop Pay Installments order?
Yes, 17,500 USD is the order value limit that applies to purchases using Shop Pay Installments, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.

Can I buy gift cards with Shop Pay Installments?
You can't purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments. If you want to purchase gift cards along with Shop Pay Installments eligible products, then you need to place two separate orders.

Are there late fees using Shop Pay payment plan?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What if I miss an installment payment?
There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed installment payment, then you can contact Affirm support for assistance.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?
After your refund is processed, the refund amount will appear on your payment schedule within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

If your order is made with monthly payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.

Can I combine promotion codes during the checkout process?
Only one promotion code can apply to a single order per customer. But you will be able to claim active promotion with free standard shipping if the order meets the free shipping rules. 

 

How do I get free shipping for my order?

Free shipping promotions may adjust based on seasonal, current logistics, and supply chain status. SHExFAB continuously revises to improve for the best possible shopping experience for our customers.

Please refer to the current shipping promotion banner located at the top of the website or product pages. Qualify for free shipping may vary based on the logistics status and your geographic location. If your order meets the minimum shipping requirement, free shipping should be able to apply during the checkout process. How do I claim free shipping for my order?

If your order meets the minimum order of $87 or more, 

 

Standard free shipping is available for orders to deliver within the U.S. States. Free shipping will automatic apply during the checkout process.

 

Which countries are available to qualify for free standard U.S. ground shipping?

The offer is only valid in the 48 continental U.S. states. Free shipping is not valid on international shipments or to other U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. 

 

Do you accept orders outside of the United States?

At this point, we only offer to ship within the United States and Canada. We continue to grow and expand. Please stay tuned for our new announcements!

 

Do you offer shipments with other couriers?

USPS is our current standard shipping option. We are continually improving our shipment options for better service to our customers. Thank you for your patience.
